Sussex on paper is a safe conservative area with 13 of the 16 constituencies returning Conservative MP’s, but the recent local elections means that the Conservative Candidate can not sit on their laurels, add in the vagaries of the SV vote, then there will be a hard fight, all more important in getting the strong areas to turn out and also as it’s an Autumn/Winter election encourage a campaign of mass postal vote registration amongst core supporters
